Hi Sita,
To use the master document method, you start by creating a new master. Each
section is then added to that new document. To take advantage of the method,
first break up you existing large document into smaller pieces. Work on a copy
of you document in case something goes wrong. Load the document, delete all but
one chapter, then save as, naming the new file with the chapter name. Repeat the
process until you've done all the chapters, then add each of them to the master
document. Any editing that you want to do must be done to the individual chapter
files. You'll find that they are all read-only in the master document.
