Hello James Knott, I just tried to print from another program on my vista computer/ laptop and it does work it just takes a while. I used another program to print a picture and it worked. However, I went back and retried to print from openoffice.org and I get a message up on the left corner saying openoffice.org (Not Responding) when I click to close the program a box opens up and says OpenOffice.org 2.3 is not responding, if you close the program, you might lose information. Then it gives two choices 1) close the program 2) wait for the program to respond.
