Surely this thing is getting me crazy! I tried to modify some styles to match my preferences..Problem is when clicked on paragraph styles I got the title style but when switched to page style the Title is not listed instead 'first page'. Is this supposed to be the same stuff? And in the title style headers and footers are not there so how can they be removed? Tks.
