Er, not unless we are being very dense. You can apply a style to
headers, for example, that gives them a coloured border, but this
would print as part of the document. That's not what the original
enquiry was about. Instead, the enquirer wanted the boxes outlining
various elements in the screen display but not part of the printed
document - normally light grey and continuous - to be configurable in
different colours or styles. As far as we know, you can change the
colour of what OpenOffice calls "text boundaries" but not their
style, and - crucially for the enquirer - cannot differentiate
between different types of element.
