[users] Downloading keeps failing

Dear Sirs:
 
I have tried four times to download, and just when it was closed to the Finish, 
i.e., about 2 1/2 hours before or so, my computer gets disconnected, and I am 
at a loss where to continue where it left off, so I start again downloading. 
Same thing happened each time.
 
I could not print the instruction, per suggestion, which I am sure would help a 
lot.
