If, on the other hand you have not yet installed Open Office, and cannot find 
it in your start menu; then double click on the icon on your desktop (or 
single click, to select, and then press enter on the keyboard) and follow the 
onscreen instructions/answer the on-screen questions.  You will have 
OpenOffioce.org installed and can then follow James's advice above.
