There are a couple of versions of OpenOffice that can handle Office 2007
files. However, in general, the answer is no.
Oxygen Openoffice is bog-standard Open Office with additional templates
and clipart etc etc. The actual programs are EXACTLY the same, so
there's no reason why vanilla OO shouldn't have the same filters...
