If you are using Windows then the new version should have overwritten the
old one automatically; if not then you can remove the old one. I'm afraid I
don't know about Linux/Mac/... versions
Or, if your prior version is 1.5 or earlier you can uninstall it. Newer
releases overwrite prior version 2.x.x versions leaving nothing prior to
uninstall.
