I opened the document you attached with this post in OOo 2.3.1. I see
that all of the text is in Bold Times New Roman 12 pt font and that all
the equations and symbols are either converted in to text (the square
brackets for exampe) or they are converted to graphics I think (all the
variables and symbols). Is this what I should have expected?
