What's a "tradeback publication"? If you describe the details we might be able to help. I tried Google but to no avail.
Does he perhaps mean "trade paperback"? This is *only a guess*.

a) Forwarding to the list for potential answer.

b) Brian Barker and Glenn Proctor: Please do *not* send messages to individual people but *only* to the list. For my address that will happen automatically if you use the "reply" button in your e-mail program. You may cc: individuals provided the list ([email protected]) is the main addressee.

c) Glenn Proctor: sorry but "the six for a six by nine inch book" ??? Do you mean you want a page that is six inches by nine inches? If so then Format>Page and choose the size on the Page tab: just enter "6in" in the Width and "9in" in the Height (don't type the quotes). Or set that page size in your printer settings. Sorry, but I think I'm still not understanding something. If you mean you want to print a brochure, have a look at http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Documentation/OOoAuthors_User_Manual/Writer_Guide/Printing_a_brochure
