I just opened the attached .odt file, and all of the equations look just
fine. I'm using OO.o 2.3.1 on Win XP Pro.
The square brackets in equations, example: consider eq. 1.0a, appear as
if they were formed by typing vertical bars in text mode. This is what I
see. Is this not what you see in the document you opened?
