Dear Sir/Madam
My knowledge of Information Technology is extremely limited and
therefore I would like a step-by-step to help me download and install
the subject above.
Details of the computer I am using PowerPC G5
Mac
OS X
Version
10.4.11
I have tried but failed miserably and thereunder what happened. When
I started to download and install the NeoOffice, the operation went
as far as (Select Destination) and stopped and the Hard Disk icon
appeared with a red hexagonal shape and a white exclamation mark,
√ Introduction
√ Read Me
√ License
X Select Destination (!) The operation stopped here which
prevented the completion of the installation!
X Install
X Finish Up
And when I clicked on the Hard Disk icon, this message appears:
"You cannot install NeoOffice 2.2.2 Language Pack Arabic on this volume
*A NeoOffice 2.2.2 installation could not be found in this volume /
Applications folder
NeoOffice 2.2.2 must be installed in the /Applications folder before
you can install this language pack".
*I have tried several times to install (NeoOffice 2.2.2 in the
Application Folder) but without success
If however the above is too much to ask is it possible to purchase
the software disk that contains the NeoOfice applications
