I am using Vista and have OO 2.3 up and running. I downloaded 2.3.1 but was unable to install - the Windows Installer errors out and quits.
I tried a couple times - same problem. I even downloaded the module again thinking it might have taken a hit in download. Same problem. I read in the user forum that others have experienced this same problem, but I've not read any resolution. Some contributors opine solutions, but I have not read where OO.org has promulgated an official answer. And I'm quite certain don't press for turning of UAC. Help, and regards, Skip Christensen
