I'm not sure, too ...  ;-)
Are *you* sure, you have checked up at the *end* of the palette
(scrolling down)?

Another aspect:
You could rename your 'user' directory (something like 'user_first')
and restart OOo (a new, vanilla 'user' directory will be created).
Then try the import again.

If it is working now (as described in the mentioned issue),
the cause of your problem isn't the program but your 'configuration',
especially the folders <config> and <registry>.
