We'got the same problem here.

On a windows 2003 file sharing server, when we open a calc document containing
DDE links. All linked documents are opened.
=> It seems normal.
But when I close the main doc, all linked documents stay opened. So they are
unable to be modified by the other users !

Is this a OOo bug ?
