[users] openoffice .org problem

I am using version X.P of OpenOffice.org . My problem is : I have a text 
with some names that are one under another and i want to know if there is an 
option to arrange them one next to the other.
ex:  problem                 problem , office , chair , window , etc.
     office
     chair
     window
     etc .
