Hi, I have just filled out the online survey after becoming a first time user of OpenOffice. I just wanted to let you know that the survey could do with a few changes:
1. Once you have selected a response to a multi-choice qn you cannot delete the answer - just change it. There were a couple of occasions where I decided I could not/should not respond after I had already clicked on a response and I could not delete it. Your results will, therefore, not be representative of my situation. 2. For some questions there should be a "Don't know" response - e.g. don't expect all of us PC illiterates to actually know what RAM or memory our computers have. I, for one, wouldn't have a clue (I'm totally embarrassed to admit this, but there it is.) Cheers, hope this helps. I used to be a Project Manager for a market research company, and wrote surveys.
