That is a bug in HTML, not the form. Yes, it is annoying. There is a
Firefox bookmarklet that erases the choice, but I don't know what
Opera or Internet Explorer users can do about it other than reloading
the page.

Thanks, I will file a bug on it. What is the address of the survey? I
am not about to reinstall OOo just to get the address.
