OpenOffice will not start. I must be missing something. I checked
video drivers and other items on the install docs as well as what I
could find on the support page.
The application seems to want to start. the openoffice, file and
edit menus appear and then shut down. Any ideas?
Since the Gimp seems to be running correctly, let's assume for the
moment that there are no problems in X11. The next step would be to
start up /Applications/Utilities/Console and load OpenOffice2.log.
If you don't see anything obvious there, then cut about the last
screenful and paste it back to us.
