I open the "openoffice.org" program.  Usually, it starts with, program not 
responding. I may get the opportunity to open the email first and type away 
thinking I am using a working program.  When I try to send, I may get a, 
program not responding.  I may also have the experience of the email having the 
appearance of being sent. However, there will be no record of it anywhere and 
the person I sent it to will never get it.  
When trying to type a document, the not responding msg could appear at any 
time.  I had this computer built in the summer of '07.  I have used this 
program very little because of this reason.  
When attempting to get help in the past, at least 4-5 times, I am generally 
tired out before I get anything so I quit. Community has not helped.  FAQ has 
not helped.
