Hello Joan, OpenOffice.org is open source and you don't have to pay for it. Download from here: (click on the green rectangle, normally the version you need is proposed automagically... http://download.openoffice.org/index.html Once download is complete, doubleclick on the downloaded file to install OpenOffice.org.
