If they make any changes to the software, the source code of those
changes must be available as well.



Also, another question to add:
Q: Can I give away / redistribute my copy of OOo / the copy that I
bought / the copy that I downloaded?
A: Yes.

Without this question, this sentence is confusing: "Share your copy of
the software with them". Most people think that this is illegal
