[users] [moderated] YOU MUST GIVE A SUMMARY HERE

I am using opeoffice, one of the very early  versions (  1.3 ). I would like to 
update this without success. when I click download the latest version, it says 
"the page can't be displayed...".  This keeps happening day after day. Please 
help
