What you quote - "C:\Douments and

is *not* an error message, it's just the name of the installer program.
Please, if you get one, tell us what error message you get. Also "Just
downloaded OpenOffice. Didn't download." seems to contradict itself -
either you did just download OpenOffice or you didn't.
The program you name ("....\setup.exe") is what you must run, *after*
downloading, actually to install OpenOffice. Please see the installation
instructions at http://download.openoffice.org/common/instructions.html
