That means that he has no software installed that supports the international standard ISO/IEC 26300:2006 format (a.k.a ODF). There are a few things he (she?) can do about it: - Install software that supports ODF (there are quite a few of those these days, OpenOffice.org being one of them) - Install the ODF plugin for MS Office. Google for it. I think you can find it at SUN's site. - There are problably more interesting things that can be done... J.R.
