I'm not an expert but I don't believe you can do this. I think you need
to save in .csv (Comma Separated Values) format and then import that
into Lotus. To do this, do File>Save as>Text CSV and ensure the
"Automatic file name extension" box is ticked (checked).
However, Calc can open Lotus files.
