*Att.: Support* *About: Improve picture handling in writer* ** *I am using version 2.3.0 of OpenOffice.org. My problem is :* that I have an idea to improve openOffice and has´nt the time to join the forum rigth now.
1) And make it possible to pull the picture in the edges: that will scale the picture keeping ratio 2) And make it possible to pull the picture in the sides: that will scale the picture not keeping ratio I you feel *opposition against this proposal, maybe just this little thing could be change:* 3) A good idea could be to put this as standard: "keep ratio", in handling pictures inside writer (and presentation), (rigth now you have to manually change it to keep ratio, but it would be better the other way around) 1) and 2) is perfectly working in MS word, but I like openOffice much better. It gives me freedom to produce great formulas in half the time. My only problem is that the handling of pictures is not as good as MS word, sorry to say, but with above few corrections it could be. Thank you for taking this serious. A lot of my fellow students has same opinion, as well as all over the world I think.
