Might I add....don't forget to switch on the printer power!!! Technician friend of mine was called to troubleshoot 'a' problem such as this and in the end, it's just the power switch. No power how to run. Coming back to this 'trolls' thing, I've been using ooffice for the pass 6 years and all in all, it's a very satisfying experience. Three cheers for open office. At such an unbeatable price, no wonder trolls are aplenty coming.
