[users] Re:Trouble with Outlook Express since downloading OOo2.4

I down loaded OOo2.4 and 2.4 is now the default to open saved email.  I've 
tried to have Outlook Express as the default but when I click on the icon it 
just opens the program not the saved email.  I have the XP operating system.
Any ideas what is going on?  I'm an old guy trying my best on the computer.
