[users] Version 2.4 will not save as dBASE

I am using version 2.4 of OpenOffice.org. My problem is :
 
When I save my file as dBASE, I get the error message "Error saving the 
document *.*:  Connection to the file could not be established."
 
I had no problem saving to dBASE in version 2.3.
