Would be very happy to get any information about the following problem:
I tried to install Open Office 2.4 ( a wonderful program !) on my old laptop HP
Omnibook XE2 256 MB RAM, P III with 300 MHZ,
40 GB HDD. WIN XP Home. I got Open Office by downloading it from the web,
version for Windows.
After starting installer, the following message appears:
"This installation package could not be opened.... make shure
that is a valid Windows installer package"
and if one clicks on "instmsiw" the message appears:
" Wrong BS or wrong BS Version"
