The cause of this frequently seen problem is *probably* that your
Antivirus (AV) software thinks the file is malware. The first thing
to try is the 5-step process below.
1. Disconnect your computer completely from the internet - pull the
router/modem plug from the phone socket.
Would that be AV software or perhaps a corrupt download? The latter
I'd think, as it wasn't identified as a virus.
That's why my second suggestion was to check the md5sum ;-)
