1. I have the same with an HP laser. I fixed it by fiddling with the offset dimensions and using "from bottom" in stead of "from top". I'm not sure but it seems to be a problem on all the center-fed #10 envelopes regardless of printer. Smaller envelopes you can usually just turn sideways and send them thru but a #10 doesn't fit sideways. 2. Unless the server screwed up, your post shows here as a response to mine, effectively hi-jacking the thread I tried to start! DO NOT DO THAT!
