I have the same with an HP laser.  I fixed it by fiddling with the 
offset dimensions and using "from bottom" in stead of "from top".  I'm 
not sure but it seems to be a problem on all the center-fed #10 
envelopes regardless of printer.  Smaller envelopes you can usually just 
turn sideways and send them thru but a #10 doesn't fit sideways.

  Unless the server screwed up, your post shows here as a response to 
mine, effectively hi-jacking the thread I tried to start!    DO NOT DO 
THAT!  Either learn to use the client you have, or get one that shows 
you the difference between a new post and a response post!
