When I open the .dmg, I drag OpenOffice.org 2.4 to the applications folder and then open the file from the applications folder. This is where something is wrong. The file opens, but it does not open OpenOffice. Actually it does, but I can not access ANY application. OpenOffice displays in the menu bar and a window for X11 opens....and that is it. What am I missing. I have attached a Quicktime movie showing what happens when I start OpenOffice.org

You need at least 10.4 to run OO.
