There still is an OpenOffice.org 2.1.0 for Panther on a Mac PowerPC
http://porting.openoffice.org/mac/download/x11-103.html

The X11 for Panther can be dwonloaded from the Apple website:
http://www.apple.com/support/downloads/x11formacosx.html
