You are using Microsoft Windows as your Operating System. If you have a
full sized keyboard look for the [Print Screen] key in close proximity
to the[Delete] and [Insert] keys.

Tap this once. (It copies the screen to the clipboard in the box.
Nothing visible seems to happen.)

Then open Microsoft Paint "Start - (All) Programs - Accessories - Paint"

Choose "Edit - Paste" from the Menu in Paint.

Finally save the image as a picture for use as an attachment in your
email program.
