You cannot delete or rescind posts. At one time you could recall your own posts, but never a post from anyone else. Besides, it would do not good to delete them. Newsgroup posts, unless one uses the x-no archive tag, are stored indefinitely at many places like Google and the like; there are many repositories of posting archives like that. So even if you could rescind your own post, you never would be allowed to do that to someone else's post anyway.
