Well, the obvious question is whether you've followed the instructions
at the bottom of most messages, and at the bottom of yours (shown
above). Have you?
The request to unsubscribe has to be made from the e-mail address that
you are subscribed from.
Then you should get an e-mail asking you to confirm your request, which
you need to reply to.
There have been some recent reports that the above process doesn't
always work, but the first step, if you haven't done so, is to send an
e-mail to the unsubscribe address shown above.
