Hello Rob, Please reply _only_ to the users list, more users might assist you with your questions. As you can find on the Mac porting pages, the last version that's thoroughly tested for Panther is the OOo 2.1.0 that you can find here: http://porting.openoffice.org/mac/download/x11-103.html So I think you better throw away the 2.4 you downloaded and then download and install the 2.1 version. OK? Also, the X11 for Panther can be found on the Apple website.
