99% chance a restart/reboot/warm boot will handle it. A flag's just sort of gotten itself upside down. I've seen it happen a couple of times. Depending on how your system handles things, anything from an account log-off/on might work or it could take a full power down/removal and cold boot to get RAM sufficiently cleared. I'm curious why you wouldn't just go ahead and do so, rather than ASK if a restart would help?
