To KAMI: So how does one install your improved version over the official
version? Have you come up with a patch to allow that to happen? Or would
it be best to wait for your 3.0 version? :-)

Actually a lot of the extras are available from the sourceforge
website:

I have not tried any of the extras, but had noted their existence
earlier.
I don't know if these would include the docx fiters, etc.
No it does not. Also it does not contain many cool improvement, feature.
