1) When someone sends me a MS PPS file PowerPoint with sound (music, song, ...) the sound does not play in OO Impress. I downloaded The PowerPoint viewer in Win XP to be able to hear the sound. It works well on Windows. I have both XP and Ubuntu 8.04 on my laptop but MS viewers are not downloadable in Other OS than Windows.
2) I have also a presentation made with PowerPoint animated with "Dim and Appear" that does not work when I view it on Impress. How can I view or make a presentation with the same animation on Impress? Thanks and kind regards, Ismail Rachid Cairo, Egypt +20 10 110 60 40
