You didn't mention your OS or OOo version, but it sounds like you're using XP offhand. This is really an Operating System question so an OS group will have your best answer. It has nothing to do with OOo. That said, use System Tools to do a Disk Cleanup and it'll clear out that and a lot more garbage for you. You can pick and choose what gets cleaned too. It's likely to take some time to run, especially the first time you run it. You probably have a lot of clutter to be removed.
