It is less similar to the Windows experience which is unfamiliarto
windows users (does only eat less then 1% of the Windows resources,
can be configured to any user/customer wishes including  zero,  one
or more toolbars, a taskbar if wished and more)

Fvwm is much more cutomizable as Windows/KDE and allows users the freedom
to configure anything KDE refuse... and aloow users to screw up in a
config bigger then the WHOLE Windows operating system to make the computer
their own  :-)  (Who should read your full blown cutomized config?)
instead of forcing the KDE/Gnome-Way which is not much better then the
WindowsWay.
