Assuming "05/13/08 12:32 PM" is in cell C10, add the folowing to cells
E10 and F10 respectively:
=LEFT(C10;9) & """" and ="""" & MID(C10; 11; 9)
This will fill those two cells with "05/13/08" and "12:32 PM"
respectively.
