filing a bug report, the best place to start is here:

If you are needing help to find ways of accomplishing something with the
OOo suite, then this is the place to ask. If you don't receive a reply
to your question that usually means that no one else has experienced the
same problem and can't offer a solution. I hope this answers your question.
