I have tried three times to download and install open office 2.4. I've read
your download instructions more than five times and it does not match what is
coming up on my computer screen and nothign is installed. I NEED SOME HELP
PLEASE!
1) Go to www.openoffice.org and download the appropriate version
(Windows, Linux etc).
2) Assuming you're running Windows, double click on the downloaded file
to start the installation. You should be taken through several panels.
3) After installation, you should see an OpenOffice folder and icons in
the Start menu. You can use the icons to start OpenOffice.
Try the above and describe what happens, if you have further problems.
