Hi,
I have done this by creating either columns or using tables. It depends
on how much control you need in the formatting.
On mine, I even put in little fold ticks where the paper edge touches
when you fold by hand.
When I use tables, I set the cell margins to allow for folding.
Tables allow graphics or other items to be formatted across columns that
using newspaper columns wouldn't allow me to do easily at the time.
If I was at home, I would send you a copy.
