[users] converting word files to open office so I can edit them with my new software!

Hi,
The subject heading says it all!
I downloaded a bunch of Word documents from my Flashdrive, and I've  
been using the Microsoft Word 1-month trial (which expires Tuesday).  
How can I convert those documents?
