[users] Internal Error: GetStorage, Name: No Content!

I can no longer open OpenOffice or access any documents printed in OpenOffice.  
   
  Error Message reads:  OpenOffice cannot be started due to an error in 
accessing the the OpenOffice Configuration data. Please contact SysAdmin.  
Internal Error: GetStorage, Name: No Content!
   
  How can this be corrected?
